Canceling a Workflow Awaiting Approval
You can cancel a request, change, incident, or other object while it is in the pending approval state.

Within the Service Desk Console, open the workspace (for example, change), then open the record that is waiting for approval (pending approval). |

From the Status field, choose Cancelled. |

3.

Click Save from the toolbar.
The Cancellation Reason window appears. |
Enter Cancellation Reason

4.
|
Enter a reason for the cancellation, then click OK. |
The system cancels the request and terminates the approval workflow.
