Finding Solutions in Announcements

Highest priority announcements (as determined by the system administrator) appear in the Announcement workspace.

Within the Service Desk Console, open the Announcement workspace. The system displays a list of announcements.

Enter keywords into the Search box. The system displays a list of announcements that contain the keywords that you entered.

Double-click an announcement from the list to view details.
