Hiding Related Items in Closed Status
You can hide related items set to closed status from certain users.
| 1. | Within the Configuration Console, add a relationship from a business object to a configuration item object. See Using Relationships. |
| 2. | Enter the information into the fields as needed. |
| 3. | Set Condition to [OtherObject]Status != "Down". |
| 4. | Click Save. The window closes. |

Click Save  from the toolbar.
