The Contact Store Workspace
The Contact Store workspace is a list of all users: employees and external contacts.
Viewing the Contact Store List
1. | Within the Service Desk Console, open the Contact Store workspace. A list of all users in the database appears. |
2. | Double-click a record from the list to see details. |
Showing Contact Details
- Within the Contact Store workspace, select a user name from the list and the user details appear in the bottom panel of the window.
- For more information, select a user from the list, then click Show Contact Details from the toolbar.
- If the contact type is Employee, the employee details page opens and the user details appear. You can edit employee details within the Employee page. See The Employee Workspace.
- If the contact type is ExternalContact, the external contact details page opens and the user details appear. You can edit the contact details within the External Contact page. See Creating an External Contact.
