Sharing a Business Object Record

Share an incident, knowledge article, or change link from the business object record to the Social Board and add your commentA message that is added to an original message on the Social Board..

Click Share from the toolbar within an incident, knowledge, or change record to share the record ID along with the record summary or title on the Social Board. You can also add a comment before to saving the shared post.

In the following example, when you click Share, the comment, the associated incident ID, and the summary are posted.

If you click the link for the object, the object record is launched in a separate workspace.

The Post Social Message Associated with Incident quick action in the Incident workspace is configured to share the incident on the Social Board.
