Dashboards
You can create dashboards if your role has create permissions for dashboards. (See Object Permissions to determine your permissions.) If your role has edit permissions, you can publish the dashboards that you create to other roles.
You can define as many dashboards as you want. However, only the default dashboard appears automatically in the workspace. Once in the workspace, you can choose a different dashboard to view.
The system administrator defines the default dashboard for your assigned role. |

Users can create dashboards for themselves, and administrators can create dashboards for any user. Users who have certain permissions can also publish dashboards to specific roles.
When a role has multiple dashboards, the default dashboard automatically appears on the home page. Each role can have only one default dashboard. The remaining dashboards are listed under My Dashboards (or All Dashboards in the case of an administrator).
Assign dashboards by checking the desired roles from the Publish To field under the Dashboard Information pane. If you are not able to select roles, then you do not have the correct permissions.
