Using the Survey
When an incident is closed, the user is invited by email to participate in a survey. It is important for users to provide feedback to the Service Desk about their effectiveness. From the incident module, the Service Desk Analyst can log information for on-demand customer feedback by logging the feedback by creating an incident with the category of Feedback.
When you receive an email notification, do the following:
1. | Click the survey link or copy the survey URL and paste it into the URL field of a browser. |
2. | Enter your answers to the questions. |
3. | Click Submit. |
The survey response is stored with the incident record.
