Retiring a Service
You can retire a Service that is no longer used.

Before retiring a Service, ensure it is not being used for incidents, Service Requests, Request Offerings, Escalations, and so on. Retiring a service could have unexpected consequences. |
| 1. | Log into the Service Desk Console as the Service Owner and open the Services workspace. |
| 2. | Select the Service that you want to delete, then from the Action Menu, select Retire Service. |
The service is now retired but not deleted.
