Translating the Self Service Quick Action Templates
The Self Service templates in the of the Incident workspace are available for Self Service requesters to use.
You can edit any of the English field values and provide corresponding values in the supported languages.

Within the Quick Actions Center and from the Your Actions tab, open SelfService Templates > Printer Out Of Toner. The Printer Out Of Toner Template appears. |

Notice that the Publish to action for all Self Service templates are set for Self Service users—Self Service and service owner.

Click Edit. The quick actions changes to edit mode. |

Click Edit translations. |

Enter the translated text corresponding to the English field values for the language to configure. These fields contain the translated values when the application shows in the set language. |

Close the translation window, then click Save. |
