Using Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD)

You can view an Entity Relationship Diagram (ERDEntity Relationship Diagram) of some objects (such as incident and change) from the ERD tab. This provides a high-level view of related objects.

The basic elements of the ERD are:

• The object that stores information; in the center of the diagram.
• Relationships between other objects; hover your mouse over a relationship line to view.

Sample ERD for the Address Object

• Click to open Legend at the bottom of the diagram, to show the symbol definitions.

• Drag the related objects as needed.
• Print out the diagram using the Print command for your browser.
