Troubleshooting Email
This topic describes ways to determine if your email is working properly.
Through Activity History
You can track the progress of an email created by a business object. For example, say you have an incident that generated an email through a workflow.
1. | Open the Activity History tab to view the emails send and received. |

In this example, the last email in the list was generated by a workflow, but you can also track emails created within the incident record (see Using Email).
2. | Select the email from the list, then click Go to. The Email window opens. |
3. | At the bottom of the window, click the Send Info tab. The send information comes up. |
The Sent value is false - meaning the email did not go through. The number of attempts are listed, and the errors are shown.
