Quick Action Templates
This section describes the parameters used when creating, duplicating, or editing a quick action.
Each quick action guide has different fields, but they all have the following:

Set action name |
Contains a unique name for this quick action.
Note: Quick actions with duplicate names produce unexpected results. Only the first quick action of the same name encountered by the application is run. |
Enter action description |
Contains a description for this quick action. |
Assign a category |
Activates the drop-down menu that contains the quick action categories. Saves the quick action to this folder. |

Publish To |
Activates the drop-down menu that contains the roles to publish this quick action. The system saves the quick action to the roles you select, as well as to the administrator and action owner roles. |
UI Options |
Determines which of the following options users will have:

Save Object |
Automatically saves the data in the form when this quick action is run. |
Hide when |
Hide this quick action under certain circumstances. Enter the appropriate expression. |
Disable when |
Disables this quick action under certain circumstances. Enter the appropriate expression. |
Confirm before run |
Prompts you to confirm before running the quick action. |
Confirmation Prompt |
Contains the confirmation message. |
