Default Quick Actions

The list of quick actions available from the Action Menu depends on your context. Some quick actions are available only from the search results table or grid of the Incident workspace, while others are specific to the incident record or tab on the record.

The list of quick actions that are available also depends on your role; most quick actions are published to a specific role and can only be seen by users logging in to that role.
